big problem well i think?

Ok so i have a 83 200x and my header pipe snapped off 2 weeks ago and i ordered a new one and it came in everything is good there. Today when i went to look at it the tip of the header pipe is still stuck in the manifold is there any way of getting the tip of the header pipe off or unstuck? Thanks

Its rusted but also like stuck haha.

you can try to spray some PB blaster and letting it sit over night and then it might come out with a little tapping .....
