This is my project 86 R. I just wanted to share it with my fellow 3 wheelers.

This bike was built by me for the purpose of beating bikes that have the monthly payments, and this dudes been paid off for a long long time.

Can the stator handle those lights?

It's a project because it will never be finished. There's always room to improve on anything. Mind you, it might not be the best trike out there, but it is hella fun to ride. And yes, the stator can handle the PIAA's because I have a 200 watt stator to supply the bright lights. Here's what I've done so far:
200 watt stator with dual 100 watt bright white 6" baja PIAA lights.
Red Laser star minis on the taillights.
Ricky Stator voltage regulator to handle the increased jump.
Pro-X high comp piston (14.1 comp ratio running 111+ octane minimum).
Nickel plated cylinder fully polished and ported with custom port lengthening.
40 mm airstriker "alky" Keihin carb (a little extra port work involved).
5 mm stroker crank in '88 case.
"Red bands stiff arm" clutch with HD clutch case.
V-Force Delta 3 reeds with billet spacer.
Head milled to CR specs to accomadate thicker head gasket. (Believe me, you want this)
Fireball CDI that has enough spark advance to kick your @$$ over the handle bars.
Twist throttle for the real feel.
Pro Taper bars with D clamps.
Hydraulic clutch operation (SMOOTH).
Front fork spring upgrade.
Rear Works shock dialed to 205 lb rider (built by PEP racing).
+6 custom fabbed rear swing arm (oval tube chromoly).
Durablue Eliminator +4 rear axle with billet bearing carrier.
ESR big bore head pipe with BB silencer.
A couple other tidbits here and there.

Here's another one I found when I was re-welding the swing arm.

Liking the engine dude. Bet she rips! How much did you port the carb?

I ported it 6/1000 to accomodate the port lengthening in the cylinder. These 2-strokers need all the fuel they can get for lube. That config gave me the perfect plug color for running at sea level.
