Camshaft bearing manufacturing.

I have looked far and wide to see if there was anything out there where one could have bearing serfaces machined and bearings installed for cams on the 185/200 engines. so far it looks like nothing - but my brother is a machinest (he has all the "big boy" machines and tools) and i am a mechanic soo we got out heads together yeasterday and figured it would not be too hard to machine the head and cover to accept a bearing where you could use the stock cam.
My question out her is this: is there anywhere we can get a set of bluepirints for the engine heads? this would be a the first step. my brother could come up with a set by measuring everything out but it would be much easier to get going if there were a set out there some where.
Second question: is this service somthing that would be valuable to the three wheeler community?

Their was a guy on ebay doing this service with a bushing type replacement . Also megacycle cams does this with duel needle bearings .
