Well, I thought I would get to ride my 110 today, but then I threw my chain, again. After studying it, I believe that my rear axle is not seated properly. So, based off these photos, is it? If it's not, how do I install it correctly?

In not an expert by any means but it looks like the chain is very worn. Is that the case?

It's worn, but not so excessively that it would jump off. I may have fixed it, and I'm setting my alarm for 5am to fix it (It's going to be 105 tomorrow). I believe I installed the main drive gear on the wrong side of the mount.

Good luck in the heat. As others here have said, if you are replacing chain you should do both sprockets as well. Least I remember reading that somewhere here.

Yep the sprocket is on the wrong side of the sprocket hub .

I reinstalled it, to find that the arm that is bolted to the frame to tension the chain, along with the shaft that it slides into is rounded off. So, now I have to buy that. However, everything now lines up.

I'm not real sure But I believe I have those tensioner parts . The 83 is an odd ball year but I believe its the same as the 90/110 older models .

Yes, it's the same as the older years.
