350x chain fit??

Anybody had this happen to them? I went to put a 14 tooth front sprocket on my 350x, 1 tooth bigger than stock and now the chain cant fit in between the sprocket and case guard.

You'll have to remove the front guard to run the 14. Its the risk you will have to take, if its even a risk at all. As long as you do proper maintance, and check the chain slack from time to time, the chain will never fall off the sprocket. Its only when the wheel bearings go bad, or something comes loose like the bearing carrier bolts, or the axle nut, sprockets/chain are worn will make the chain fall off. Nearly every time it happens, the machine is neglected by owner, and dosent get any service or checks done. "Yeah the wheel bearings are shot, but im going riding anyway."
