New to forum please assist.

I know im going to get hate for this but i cant seem to find a thread showing how to post a profile pic, or how to put a banner or thing saying how many trikes you have under your messages.(I dont know what thats called). please just help or point me in the direction of the thread where it is explained.

Just click on settings at the topright of page besides log out
Then when the page appears its on the left of the page,,,,, all these setting are there

Just a fyi the pic is called an avatar and the banner is the signature setting.
