I discovered the rear axle on my '83 250r is slightly bent on the left end, are there any aftermarket sources for a replacement? Durablue's website only shows 85' and up. If there are no aftermarket options, is there a reccomended method to straighten a slightly bent axle?

your not looking right on durablues site cuz they go back to 1981. or just buy from a dealer have it shipped in.

i have one for 82 250r in my 84 200x. very nice axle, most people wont spend the coin for one. axle can be strighten, id take it to a large machine shop. i myself dont want to be bothered with stock axles on relic machines.

That's a 2+2, quite a bit wider than stock, plus at over $500, it costs more than what I've spent on the entire restoration so far, including powdercoat and complete engine rebuild.
