Your 83 200 died? What happened? Fixable?

What happened was that the one of the previous owners had poorly welded the front forks instead of replacing some bolts. Then I go into the woods, and going down a hill, the forks fell out from under me.
And yes its fixable. All it needs is new forks, a throttle cable and a chain.
