Problem with my 1980 yamaha tri moto 125

It will crank and idle but if it dies or if I cut it off it wont crank back up for a while, I dont its the coil because the spark plug is still firing. Could it be a stopped up fuel filter or something......Ive already cleaned the carb

i got it going, the fuel shut off switch was stopped .....it wasnt getting much gas. It runs good now, now i just got to get a front tire
