82' Honda 200 Stator Output?

I was just wondering how many watts my stock stator puts out. I'm looking to upgrade the front light to something a little more powerful (55w) just for late evening work around the house. Also how many watts is the stock headlight?

Stator output is rated for 50W @ 5000rpm..

Stock headlamp bulb is 45W, taillamp is 5W.
