names matt, live here in kansas, i am a big 3 wheeler fan. i own a 86 350x and an 86 250r, both liquid cooled and all stock.
i found your site by a man who was interested in the 3 wheelers, and told me to come sign up. glad i did, i like what i see so far from the site.
while we are on the subject of my wheelers, i am looking for an exhaust to my 250r as the one i have (wasnt as good as i thought it was)..
i also have a custom 250r seat for it that i havent thrown on it yet due to the fact that the one that is on it is good still.lol . i also have brandy new plastics for my 350 and an oem seat for it that i havent put on due to those are good also. Here in kansas there isnt really any dunes or trails near me, we just got dirt roads, so thats what i ride is dirt roads. I love the power that my 250r has, but i also enjoy the long rides with the 350x. i got best of both worlds, 2 stroke and 4 stroke. i really dont know anyone around me that has 3 wheelers so i hope i meet someone near me to ride with. lol

And yea both of my wheelers are liquid cooled. :)
And about the race, I saw the add on craigslist when I bought my girlfriend a yamaha blaster the other day. I would need to buy an exhaust for my 250r first.. but my 350 would be ready to go :).
The only problem with that is I don't get paid next till the 14th, so I couldn't get there.
Its sad I know, it would probally be fun..
That's great all of u are somewhat close to me, where do you guys ride?

I've ridden all over Kansas and Missouri. In Kansas I always rode at melvern or tuttle creek. You are pretty close to the little sahara in Oklahoma. In Missouri I ride at finger lakes and lake of the Ozarks. Once my 200x is done, I will be going down to St. Joe.

yea i am going to put the new plastics and the oem seat on the 350, and put the new 250r seat cover on it and take pictures so you can see.
but first im going to have to learn how to put the pictures as my signature and hopefully it will work unlike the reply up above... lol

okay well i am going to have to wait for the pictures of new plastics and all for the 350x untill i get paid on the 14th, due to it needs new axel bearings now.lol
and i want to get that taken care of before i put them on, and i plan on buying a new fatty pipe for my 250r since mine isnt that good. after i order and get them on i will have the pictures for ya like i said.
and for you guys in topeka and surronding areas of me, i posted and add on craigslist in topeka under barter or motorcycles to see what i can get for it, that doesnt mean i am definatly going to get rid of it due to thats my baby but i was wondering on what people were offering to pay for it or trade for it...
also looking for a fatty pipe for it if you know of anyone who has a parts bike please let me know... i would be interested. but yea will keep intouch. thanks

I lived in Wichita 20 years ago (USAF @ McConnell AFB). I did not realize how close Waynoka is to Wichita or I might not have been in such a hurry to leave ;)

:madwell i got my parts in a couple of days ago... i broke down both the r and x to clean em up and all that... well i am in the middle of changing the rear axle bearings and i have been stuck for 3 days now... i cannot get the dam axel off. so i got both axel nutz off, hubs with tires off, brake thing in the back is off, chain sprocket is off, the brake sprocket is off, i loosend the big nut on the right side of axel, and thats as far as i can get... god knows what i got to do next, nothing is going right, im stuck and dont know how to get the axel off to change bearings... i know its different faced threads but i just cant do anything else, it wont come off. the bearing carrier itself is welded to the swingarm i dont know if that matters or not, but yea any help would be great... no i dont have a axel wrench can only use tools i got... im just stuck and dont know what to do next.. i just want them changed so i can put every thing back together... help please:mad:

I had the same problem with my 350X. I ended up buying a swing arm and carrier off of ebay, and a buddy of mine had an extra axle. He had the tools but couldn't get the axle out, even with heat, so it went to the scrap pile. Good luck.

Come to find out there is a clip outside the nut on the right side of Adelaide on the outer ring of the nut.... I got it off and I'm going to get everything done tonight or tomorrow... pictures coming soon guys

Great! I knew about the clip but I couldn't get the nuts loose on the axle.

okay so it is done... the only thing is that i need is an axle nut now... dam its one thing after another... but yet... i love it. lol
okay so as soon as i get the nut i will show you what happened to my 350x :(
well i was outta town for 3 days and i get back to my girlfriend telling me i got a suprise for you... so my first thought is please tell me my bikes are left alone...
i go in the garadge and she had spray painted things on my 350x orange and purple.... ORANGE AND PURPLE... i can see orange because thats my favorite color... but purple... for real... she said she wanted to keep the same color as frame (wich is dark purple) and she still got a shade or two lighter than frame.lol so my bike is somewhat colored orange purple and black.... wich red should be a dominating color since that is hondas color... but im happy she tried... i guess you got to learn at some point and she know i wouldnt let her do it, so she called my uncle up the day i left and just finished the day i got back...... i think its great that my baby did that for me but now i got to teach her to pick different colors next time...lol...
