thanksgiving weekend
estimates say over 200,000 people will be in the Imperial Sand Dunes this weekend i for one will be at Superstition located just north of Plaster City, CA. you'll be able to recognize me by seeing a 350x with a little bit of wood straped to the cooler rack roosting a trail to "SAND DAM" to light a little fire and hang out while we drag up it at night

If you want to haul firewood with your 350X, you need to do it right.

thats a mighty impressive OLD pic, but i wasnt heading down to the shoreline for a couple of nights
i was heading roughly 3 miles from camp through a series of NARLY dunes where half the fun is getting there,
then (not meaning to sound selfish) i bring enough wood for about 30 mins and for my immediate family
after that its back to camp...thats all.....so don't read into it

I was just jazzing you man. That load of wood was headed 4 miles across the dunes back to camp. there are three big dunes to be crossed, thats half the fun. That is a old pic, four or five years, I do not remember.

thought i'd post a few picture from our trikefest we had on thanksgiving @ superstition...
absolutely packed....
hundreds of millions of dollars worth of toys moved to this desolate desert overnight like one big party
i think that the recent enforced rules @ glamis may have brought some of the slime to superstition. we had a camp of magnesium burning freaks about 1 mile away
heres a pic of some of the kids
my 7 year old is trx90 followed by her friend Daniel on his xr70
my 10 year old is on the 70
