Removal is easy. Do you have the cases split yet? If, so the crank just pulls out (bearings and all) because the bearings are press fit on the crank halves.

the gear on the crank? it has to be pressed off. The new one you are getting from bryan will work.

To get it off, you need a split bearing tool. Pulls it right off. To install it, heat the gear and freeze the crank. The gear will drop right on but be quick about it. Heat the gear to about 400deg and deep freeze the crank overnight.

On the timing chain sprocket I use a small gear puller and to reinstall make sure a tooth is lined up with the flywheel keyway as close as you can get it and just tap it on with a deep well socket , they tap back on pretty easy .
I have not check in a bit but look under world class help on this site. there is a 200x service manual.
