I like it that DG continues to make parts for 3 wheelers but they need to work on their quality control. I just got their Khrome pipe for the 200X and had to correct 3 problems before it would fit. One, the header would not fit into the silencer. I had to use an exhaust pipe expander and a grinder just to get it to slip in. Two, the header was too long by about 1 inch. I had to buy a pipe cutter and cut it just to get the mounting brackets to align with exhaust mounts on the frame. Three, the hanger on the silencer was bent out (an apparent design feature) and I had to straighten it so it would hang properly. In total I spent 40 bucks in tools just to get it to fit. It fits good and it looks cool now but it should come that way out of the box. Last year I got a Tri-Z silencer and it had similar problems. Unfortunately we have few options when it comes to aftermarket parts.

I put a DG on my 200ES, was nothing like that. Took maybe ten mins to bolt it up and done. It was literally a slip fit and easy bolt on.

I had to mod the RCM so it would fit my YTM200ern. I have come to expect that from any product that is "bolt on". Detail oriented products are hard to come by. Especially for 3 wheelers.

yep I usually end up taking the new parts and combine pieces from the the new part and the old part to make one good fitting and working part.

I had to bend the headpipe to clear the frame and then stuck a big prybar into the muffler bracket to make my RCM work. It was twisted and tilted back too far.

apparently its hit or miss with the dg exhaust
at least youll know ahead of time its not a big deal if things dont fit right.
I got really worried at first i had been sent an 86-87 exhaust or something like that.. now i know it just needed a little "convincing" :-)
