yamaha 225 dr

I have a 1986 225dr yamaha and it doesn't have the key and switch. I was wondering if anyone knew of a switch that would work since the original is not avaliable?

Prolly only way to find the correct switch is a used one from someone on here or ebay. The Yamahas will run with out the ignition switch as long as you unplug it from the wirering harness.

Look for a universal timberwolf or beartracker key switch on ebay,i believe that are like $30. or a temporary fix you can just stick a staple through both wires.
