Found this guy locally, You think its worth $400? not knowing anything about it other than that its an 85 200x and it has aluminum rims.

Yes - if:
- it runs without smoke
- and the kick starter does not slip
- and it has working brakes on both ends
- and the tank isn't rusted out
- and the chain adjusters aren't screwed up
- and the bearings are good everywhere
- and the chain and sprockets are good
- and it has an air filter
- and it's not stolen which is what the black spray bomb always says to me...
