310r pwk 39mm and air box delete

just got my pwk and air delete from esr. already the throttle cable looks to long? and how is this air filter supposed to fit threw the frame? i have an 85 250r

I never could make the airbox delete kit from ESR work for me, and I tried pretty hard. I ended up just getting UNI clamp on filters directly for the back of the carb.
