Banshee 3wheeler

While digging threw my old Dirtwheels magazines last night I found a Banshee conversion trike. I'm always interested in these quad to trike conversions. This one looks like it has a huge wheelbase with the exhaust set up the way it is. I wonder if this machine is still around? The magazine was from 2001. Anyone own this beast??

That Yamaha Purple/yellow is my favorite color scheme when they came out....Seems like 96 maybe??

So many colors!!! I do love me some wild colored machines. This was back when quads had style and was different nothing like these cookie cutter 450's of today. They should at least bring back the Vintage colors for the honda 450 like the 86-87 trx 250r that would be sweet gold rims and everything!

looks like it has about 5 inches of front travel.... the one the guy built here on 3WW is much better i think.

Yeah, if you guys like that one you'll love John McKane's. IMO, John's Tri-Shee makes this other one look, well, not as cool as I used to think it was. I saw this trike in person at TF '12 and was blown away by how well it came out. By far my favorite trike of TF '12.

Theres no denying "trish" is the baddest banshee trike out there I have seen. But at the time 12+ years ago I'm sure this thing was also top dog of it's kind.

Ahh the '95 Purple Banshee. My first banshee was a '95 that I bought in the summer of '98. It had been ridden twice and still had the nubs on the tires when I picked it up. By far my favorite color scheme.
