Ohtsu Pro Vectors still available?

I'm buying a couple things for the SX and I just happened to noticed that the Ohtsu Pro Vector, 22x11x8, is supposedly still available. I would just call and ask what the deal is, but I'm afraid the parts guys might not even know what a Pro Vector is. I'm wondering if I buy them if I'll actually get Pro Vectors or if they'll send out a superceeded tire, or in other words, not Pro Vectors. Anyone order them recently?

as far as i know they are available. i have been wanting to order a couple myself!! I think they are still the pro vectors, but not positive!

the tires I seen at the shop apparently are the big red tread pattern.(sorry I am not well versed with hondas) I called the shop the other day after dan pmed me and they said they had 22x11x8 pro vectors in stock,wasn't the BR 25"? At any rate I will have to go there to see if they have anything for you guys. It's gonna be a week or so though before I can get over there.

I put 3 new ones on my sx around the time this thread was started , they were p/v , same tire just dosnt say pro vector. A week later they were disontinued. This through service honda. Looks like the big red tires , 250r rears , and the 125m (86) tires I really need all went abought the same time.

You are correct all the OHTSU rear tires for the ATC's are on the discontinued list right now. The only OHTSU tires that are still available are the ATC70 TRX70 ,1988-89 TRX250R 450R's. The 86-87 200x 85-86 350X , 86-87 TRX250R ATC250R went discontinued back in July and the 250SX TRX200SX 83-85 200X suffered the same fate the folowing month. I think the ATC70 are only available while supllies last , The only OHTSU tire that was reissued was the 88 89 TRX250R /450R on August 9th 2012. There is a dealer in Canada that claims the 350X rears are on backorder until Jan 26th and that's today. I will contact him to see what is going on, he will prob tell me they are on B/O until Feb,lol. They keep pushing up the ETA date but I would bet they are all gone for good.

Tried to order them through a few sites (Service Honda, Bike Bandit, etc), and the are NLA as of today....bummer...I should have bought a set last year when I got my SX...looks like Kenda Scorpions for now!

Ordered a third one last night. Took an hour but finally taled to an old timer who assured me it was a PV and not a superceed number. That means I should have 3 coming to me this week??? We shall see. I'm gonna keep looking if the ones I got are actually right as I'm sure someone will want them if I manage to get my hands on them
