Engine serial number

Im trying to help a buddy decode a engine serial number. If anybody could help me out I would apperciate it. The serial number is TB01E 2244664. I believe it's a 185 motor but I wasn't sure if someone could tell me what year it was produced. Thanks for any help.

185sgood motor. want more out of it? get a 200CC cyclidner and higher comp pistona jnd drop it in and run a 200x cam. lot more pwoer and will bolt right on! :)
