I picked up a US90 the other day and it sputtered with some starting fluid. After that though I could not get it to start so I cleaned the carb. Now it still will not start and acts as if I am not giving it any gas. When I tried to bump start it, it would start at like a low idle but then it would cut out pretty quickly. And even when it was at that low idle point it still seemed as though the throttle was not doing anything, I also tried pulling on the throttle cable thinking that maybe it was loose, still nothing. I took the slide and stuff back off of the carb to double check that I had it in right and I did. So basically as far as I can tell I am not getting any throttle response, which is also making it hard to start without giving it some gas. What could be causing this.
