Just wanted to introduce myself to the forum. I just recently acquired a 1985 liquid cooled 250r 3 wheeler. Im not new to 250r's by any means but this is my first trike. I got it with the top end shot so an ESR 330 kit is awaiting a new piston to come in for it. Its pretty much all stock minus a FMF pipe, 39mm PWK carb, vforce reeds, and i think thats it. I do have some other toys as well. A 2007 suzuki LTR 450 and a 2006 Honda CRF450 which are both a blast but this trike should rip my arms out of socket :Bounce

Thanks everyone! I loved my 86 trx250r I had around 6-7 years ago. It was fun building it from the frame up exactly how I wanted it. This trike will be something else by the time im done with it.

What was your thoughts on your first ride? I've been riding MX for years now and the switch was completely insane. I feel like a little school girl on them. I only have had it for a day now so hopefully I'll get used to it. But I can't wait to start fixing it up. Good luck with your build

Sounds like a nice little bike! Welcome
Willie, It was a pretty steep learning curve for me too as I also grew up riding on 2 wheels. But I can gaurantee there will always be at least one trike in my garage :)

I haven't ridden mine yet but I grew up on 3 wheels so it's ok on my side. Now my dirt bike on the other hand is just ridiculous
