Hey guys, trying to get a more powerful headlight bulb, Any idea what works? Ive tried a few, a turn signal from a SUV works nice but it melts after one ride. ANY tnoughts on what might work? I have a honda 110 with the square light from 1982
What about the halogens light bulb you try that?

Stock bulb is your only option , its an odd-ball socket , you might find that ricky stator makes a higher watt lighting coil which should brighten it up a bit .

As shortline posted its not so much the bulb as it is the stator output. The higher current draw works the stock stator too much to support a better light. You might want to go custom and replace the stock headlight with one or two LED floods, i put a couple on my 200ES and its unbelievably bright. Two of these 27w LED floods draw about 4a, which is less than the stock headlight on bright.

nothing but good to say about the ricky stator coils!brightened up my 110 and 200!
