Just scored this lil thumper. Guy said it was a 110 but I'm thinking it's a 90 by the pics. It's being shipped at the moment so pics are all I have. Question is the jug is looking different. Can someone chime in if the recognize it. The chain guide bolt Looks different Plus There's No bolt holes for the footpegs. So Can't say 90 but spacer under jug makes me think it's not a 110. In addition check the hose tapped into the lower part of the jug leading to the head side cover. Is this for any other reason than to reroute the oil passage? Should I tap an oil cooler into it?

Looks like an early 1960s S90 alum cylinder modded to an atc head , they are different so the cylinder is prob resleeved is my guess also I see a spacer under the cylinder so its either for a long rod 90 stroker or a stock atc110 crank . Motor will need to be opened up to really know but thats what my crystal ball is telling me  .

Suspense is plucking my nerves. His exact words were "this thing is fast fast fast." Also mentioned 165cc being a ballpark guess. Didn't think anyone would mod a top end with the breather and all for anything small. Thanks for peeping into my future. Lol.

Thanks. Definitely gonna give it a Makeover. Tires, fenders and a good Polish and beadblast. I love the Looks I get for riding a trike nowadays.

Nice pick from cross country. I was probably a week away from making an offer on that. Needed it to sit and stew on Craig's for a lil bit...

Thank you! My uneducated friends and fam think I'm crazy. I wasn't even looking on Craigslist, Just Googling Honda stroker 110 to read some threads and this popped up my first choice. So sent a text with a sugar coated worm on the hook and he bit within a couple minutes. Funny how when you are not even looking sometimes.

I thought I'd seen that before manbearpig but just wasn't sure. That was a good catch. I was considering it too.

Gonna be a sick rear fender Thanks to you. Thought that was you. Something like that sets the standard for the whole build. Also have to the the grey paint info from you to match that also.

Wound up being a 79 110 bottom end with 58mm H&S stroker, 55mm hi comp piston in an early s90 aluminum jug That's been modded and resleeved to fit. Shortline was right. Total is around 138cc. Gonna post some pics it's all torn down. Have a 90/125 motor with manual clutch and sl90 tranny conversion nearing completion. To throw on first.

Story I got from some locals is that that bike was built by a local and was sold at the santee swap meet to a guy named bryce, a friend of mine's lil brother. He sold it to a kid in Ramona (kris) and now it's in the hands of a board member. I might be able to get a lil more info on who originally built it... Maybe

Sounds like it will, when converting one to a manual clutch, what all do you have to change? I have 2 83 110s and a 85

It's been mentioned in a couple builds here on the site. Takes some picking to hunt down the parts. Here's a pic of the parts. It's off a 1969 sl90. An s90 clutch cover will work with a little tweeking to line up the cases.;)

Correct me if I'm wrong but those trannies are the same minus the hi/low gearbox.

Any history on this machine is welcome. Drive-bys, roll-overs, how many women on the backseat? Lol
