XR 500r based trike

Hi Guys
I was active with trikes in the late 90's to early 2k. I couldn't take the pounding anymore and had to return to the bike world. I' m trying to pass along some of the stuff i'll never get to at this point. Sorry to just show up like this but i'd rather not scrap it.
I started a thread years back on adapting a '83 xr500 to 3 wheels. We made some pretty good headway but then priorities changed and it's been sitting. We made a swingarm to adapt the '86 carrier to the 500 chassis and align the chain with the motor. We also made a test set of triple clamps to clear the stock fuel tank.
If there is any interest in taking this on i'll try to hold it for the 2 month waiting period for the classifieds. I don't know if this approach has been proven to be a dead end over the years. We felt it was viable.

I'm not really looking for money out of this, mainly somebody that has the ability(nice 250r tank would be sweet though). New triples will need to be made after the fork angle is evaluated. I should have the drawing.

Obviously these items are for academic study only. Their only use is to review construction techniques and can not be used on a functioning item with any safety. You must be at least 18 yrs old.
That's out of the way.
I received 2 PM's on this, they will get first crack if they have the ability. We should probably keep this in the open after them so please post your thoughts here. I'll go into more detail of what's needed. It's been 10+ years so my memory might be foggy.
You will need machine tools. Those triple clamps were our first GUESS at geometry, they should be considered useless and good for 20 feet or less. There is a lot going on up there because the forks needed to move forward to clear the tank. The 500 head is so wide and high an atc tank wouldn't work. I believe the fork holes are bored straight thru and we put the angle on the stem mount. The odds that angle is even close are remote but we needed something. It's a best guess.
The swingarm should be good to go after mounts are made. There was a shock link mount but i haven't seen it in years. We never got to a brake mount.
I believe the only frame mod up to this point was bending the rear subframe tubes down a little to clear the plastic.
This isn't something that just requires assembly. You will need manufacturing ability.
I'll add more after work today. I'll post construction pics so you get an idea of what is required.

I saw what your cousin did in the other thread just now. If you can get a decent C-shaft to pivot height and avoid the chain bind that looks like a good way to go. That always seems to be a tough balance with swaps. The more i think about it we must have made the clamps because the numbers were too far off. The head angle and much longer forks of the 500 would have really thrown the rake/trail off with 250 clamps. I have a pic of them mounted so we must have tried.
I don't think any other chassis would have accepted the dual carb 500.
