does anyone out there actually make a "complete" seal kit for the 200x fork rebuilds? I'm asking because i can get the oil seals and/or the whipers, but the rest of the seals seem to have to be one at a time from Honda. If no one makes a kit, well, I just may have to start putting them together myself or work with a local suspension shop that does lots of different apps.

i plan to go there next week once i take appart a spare set of forks I have to measure all the seals and any bushings so we can maybe put together a complete kit. i'm tired fo peice mealing them together.

p.s. forgot to mention, if it works out, I will do my 350x fork seals next.

again let me know if this is already done, if not, I'll get it done.

to my knowledge there is only a metal washer at the top of the spring and an oil seal and finally a dust cap wiper on the very top... or am i incorrect ?

Complete? To me, complete is just the seals. I don't usually replace the wipers but I do run boots.

I do replace the copper washer on the bottom damper bolts, too.

according to the IPB (illistrated parts breakdown) there's other seals and bushing that wear inside the system as well.

also a light "honing" of the tube is needed to ensure all scouring is removed and a good seal is recieved.
if I put a kit together it will haev all those seals and hopefully the bushings. if not for sure the seals and i'll also try to see about new studs and nuts for the axle retainer section.
