Most all of the Hondaline 300R parts are gone, you may be able to find a piston though somewhere. They only made a few oversizes for the 300 kit. I also heard a Odyssey 350 piston is the same, but cannot confirm. You can also have your cylinder sleeved for the L/C big bore 330? (I believe) piston. If you get the right set-up for the 300 kit, the motor can be a real beast. I have heard a lot of guys running a carb from a 85-86R at a minimum, or bigger. I know there is a ton of info over at air foolers dot com . I dont mean to detur you from this site, as I love 3ww. Over at airfoolers thats all they do. ---- Jon.

When you need a rebuild. Send your jug to Denny Mears at Flotec to fit a trx 330 piston in it and a port job. You won't be disappointed. His work is great and he is reasonable on his pricing. Heres a vid of my Flotec 300r.

As far as NOS OEM 300r parts, you'll really need to know the right people and will need to be prepared to shell out some coin to find. The 330 mod done by Denny at Flotek and also by Larry at racers toy store is probably the way to go as far as having it rebuilt
