Just picked an 84' klt250 for helping my buddy put the plastic back on his warrior. It ran but had low compression, So i took the top end off and other than a little carbon and a bad head gasket everything looks to be in fine shape. I leak tested the rings by putting some oil on top of the piston, it was still there the next morning, so im pretty sure the bottom end is decent159294159295. I ordered a top end kit for it, should be here soon. Will keep updated if there is any interest.lol.

Also, are there any other problems is should know about these things, other than the wiring issues?

Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that an aftermarket front fork for a 90/110?

OP, if all you had to do to get that was install some plastic, that was a great deal.

the KLT250, almsot identical to the 200. Check out the rear differential on it. rock it back and forth and turn the knob in the middle :)

If you have that model.

I've ran through mine inside and out. New valves and guides, new bore, RM stator CDI. Ported intake, harley muffler. It pulls like a tank.. Not super fast, but it wont stop!! I've got the same front end also.

Been searching my pictures that show the muffler kinda, about the only 1 i can find is the 1 when my sister jumpped on it when i wasnt looking lol..

I actually have a pile of harley mufflers that need to be put to use.lol. I think im gonna go ahead and get new valves and guides also while im in their.

So, Rubbersalt, Do you have an sx? or a 200m? just wondering because you seem to have the same 3-toes as me.lol.

It was a 200m. I traded it off for a TRX250r motor. Brother needed a spare for modding.

My dad ported the head. New valves and guides.

We've got an RMstator CDI. I don't know if it does anything as far as performance goes. Just needed a new 1.
