short track tank help

Im putting on a short track tank kit on and i cant get the plastic radiator protector to fit at the top . Does anybody have the directions or did they come with new radiator guards? thanks

You have to cut them. I have 2 short track kits on my bikes and had to cut them on both to fit. The kit did not come with new covers.
