It's been almost 3 months and several ++++ hundred dollars, but I finally got her back together. It started way easier than I thought. Now I just got to play with the jetting. I have a 162 main in now think it's a little rich.
List for the rebuild:New center cases, pressed crank apart new connecting rod and bearings, pressed back togeather and balanced, board(approx 254cc) honed and port and polished cylinder, new piston .All new bearing and seals,new clutch plates and springs. New boysen carbon reeds. New shifter shaft, shifter and kickstart lever. New Used exhaust hangers( only one on it when I got it silencer sat crooked drove me crazy $65 for 2) repacked silencer.
