1984 200s how do i take off the rear drums?

I just recieved a 1984 200s in a trade and the rear brakes dont work. When the brakes are applied they engage but nothing happens. I tried to adjust them but nothing happened. I took the cover off and the brakes were covered in mud. I want to take the whole read drum off but im not sure how anyone have any ideas/videos?

Download the manual from the link above, then

remove the four lug nuts for the wheel and pull the wheel off.

Remove the cotter key and h ten remove the hub for the wheel.

Loosen the adjuster nut(s) for the brake cables

Use a wire brush to remove any rust and dirt on the threads showing outside of the double lock nuts on the axle, spray them clean with break or carb cleaner. They are very fine threads so be careful. If the lock nuts are stubborn soak them with some penetrating oil. Liquid Wrench, Kroil, Rust buster, etc, not WD40. You'll need 2 large wrenches (I have used 2 pipe wrenches, but that's not really the proper way to do it, but it will work) Unlock the double lock nuts on the axle and then remove them. Be careful, they have a very fine threads. (see how I said that twice? ;))

Remove the bolts for the drum cover then you may have to gently pry the cover off. There shoud be a rubber seal between the outer and inner cover.

Slide the cover off.

Slide the drum off.

That's all I got from memory, the rest will be in the manual.

well finally got it off and the brakes were orginal and there was nothing left to them so im going to buy new ones off ebay for $16
