Stock fork weight oil 85 250sx

Title says it all. Just need to know what the stock weight is. Didn't see it in the manual

I think a lot of the Hondas called for automatic transmission fluid, or ATF. That was probly before all the different types ond weights of fork oil came out. I have heard the ATF is basically 7weight. I would use 10 weight BelRay, thats what I use, and never had a problem. If you wanted to be real picky you could mix a 5 wt and a 10 wt, to make about a 7 wt, but I dont think you would ever notice a difference.

The book says ATF and thats what I use. Type F.

What is the spec for the amount of oil in each fork? I'd prefer to know the height rather than the amount but I'll take either measurement

180cc in each tube and you should be good to go.

I used 20W bell ray fork oil. Fabio Uses 10 and Geoff has 30 so the next ride Hopefully I can access all 3 weights
