Going to look at this, it was not advertised. A guy I gave a good deal to sent me a text and asked if I wanted it.

I am hoping 2013 ends the year plus long streak of "No good deed goes unpunished".

If I get it, it will be for sale as I have no use for a 200x, so whats it worth? :p

A grand, easily. Looks like all it needs is fenders & a seat. How much is it?

Lol,,He's in AZ. that isn't worth a grand out there,,especially to flip. Low hours,,too bad it was outside.. Nice bike though. I'd say $450- $500 and it'll be worth your time.

I would guess you operate in a conservative fashion, as I do as well, and you have a much better resource where you are for better deals than most can find.
I turned one down about 6 years ago in worse shape than that one for 750$. I was prepared to go 575$ max.
They part out well, but If I had the chance again for that same deal from days back, I would have bought it. Last gen 200X's are just cool. I don't know if I could sell one like that if I got it for a good price.

One of the harder to find models to find in good condition. It seems like every one I find is beat beyond repair. I would give $7-1000. Notice I did not "one million dollars" you........ I want it.:beer

I just sold mine for $650, it had a little more hours than that, but it needed the same as that one, new fenders and seat, plus it needed the front forks rebuilt. I live in PA, so there may be a price difference, this is just my 2 cents

It was forsale recently. Tried to buy it, posted on cl but the ad was pulled shortly, hate those ads with email only no phone #. Emailed the seller but never heard anything back, he wanted $500. Thats an extremely low hr trike judging by the tires and original condition.

I've got a 86 X in similar shape and in cali I I'd put 400-450 on that one. I'd put about the same price on mine if I were selling it. If I had the time I'd drive out to the AZ border to get it. But, I need time in other places right now. If you were to flip it safely, you'd need to get it cheap (REAL cheap) like 200-350$. The way I look at it, if I can't double my money at least, It's pointless to even consider only if you were to fix it up a bit and get your moneys worth out of it. (Then sell it for whatever).

$700 MAX....that includes the fuel picking it up. It's totally worth more in peices but most cool 3wheelers are these days. I would go with a milk crate to check the swinger, neck bearings. Roll the tires and look for bent rims ect. Them levers didn't snap from pulling on them so run a string line along the fork tubes as well. Have the seller ride the machine away and to you...look for smoke, wobbles, and general straightness. Then you go for a ride...count your shifts, and get a feel for the clutch pull. If it ain't like Honda butter, expect it to need work. Tire wear is NOT an HOUR METER...look at the bottom of the frame, skid plate and gauges in the fork tubes. Other than uncorking the motor to gauge the time a compression tester is helpful(or judge the kick stroke with your leg). If you can start it with tennis shoes on without a problem your at a loss for compression, but still very rideable. Even then without knowing the bore at least you can tell if the rings and bore are fresh. Make sure the carrier isn't buggered up cause they're hard to find cheap. Headlight looks to be in nice shape, thats a bonus. Good luck....If the seat was redone and the rear plastics were in better shape it could fetch more if it's truly a solid rider. It's one of the best buddy trikes I own and fun to ride/race...you'll see it's light and the motor and 6speed aren't so intemedating you wouldn't want your buddy to throw a leg over.

This just popped up also, if I was not going to pick up another trike this weekend I would inquire about this one as well.

200x machines sell for $1000-1500 in my area, 350x machines just about don't exist, here and there a rider one shows up for $1500 in ok shape, I got mine as a "non" running machine $260 and it needed ~$1000 in repairs / replacements to be a fair rider (all bearings, engine rigged/worn, full exhaust system, bent front forks, tires all around, etc and it still needs a seat and the rear fenders have a break but idc about that).

If I saw a 200x in good shape for $500 i would jump all over it.
