My 1984 Honda 125M's top right rear frame to rear hub bolt is stripped anyone have any ideas? I have limited resources I'm stuck in my
12 x 12 tin shed and its -15 all day long. I was thinking of taking it to the garage and have them air cut it off. The other three hub to frame bolts are out and I'm using a different rear end from another 125m on the rebuild. I want to do as little damage as possible to get it off, I would like to rebuild it if possible.
All Comments are welcome.
Thanks.

i would take a drill and some bits and drill it out... pretty simple and i believe everyone can get or borrow a drill and drill bits... then if needed tap it .. good luck

The bolt head is on the inside of the frame no room for a drill.

Can you show me a picture of that situation? Or a few......

I'm going to guess it is one of the four bolts you have to loosen to adjust the chain, and also to take the rear end off.. You should be able to get it off with a pair of vicegrips, or little pipe wrench no problem.. One of them on my beater 125 was stripped, thats how I got it off...

It's not the bolt head that is stripped it's the bolt threads it rotates but it doesn't spin out. I was thinking maybe I could get it from the brake drum side.
Pushing the end of the bolt while using a ratchet to turn it from the other side. I'm not sure if it goes all the way through or not.
I looked at the schematic online at bike bandit but it was no help neither was my Honda service manual.
I can't get my saw z all in there so if I can't get it from the drum side i'm going to have to take it to someone, That would be my last resort.
