Seemed a lot cheaper than a prm?? Made of the same thickness. Anyone ever use one and correct me if I am wrong but the 86 trx250r will bolt up to the 86 atc swingarm correct?? Thanks ahead of time...

I lengthened both the swingarm & the skidplate. I would definitely buy from them again, as XFR makes a quality product.

Judging from materials used. Cheaper kicks ASS!! I'd say it's an investment well spent. Protect them hard to find/PIA to replace parts!

Looks like it's tig welded up good, 5mm thick, plenty thick. Aluminum is lightweight. I believe air craft grade also has to pass some NDT test for it to be graded air craft grade :-p
Aircraft grade aluminum is ridiculously plentiful around my parts. :)

I have one of these on my +3 tubular swingarm, so I cannot speak on stock swingarm fitment. When mounted directly to my swingarm it would hit on my brake rotor and my sprocket. I made some small shims for it out of a hockey puck. Other then that, its great. Very strong.

Its the cheapest plate I could find (keep in mine i'm in canada, shipping is killer )
