Carb 350X

I am cleaning out the carb and this part fell out. I looked at the service manual but still couldn't figure out where it goes.
If you know please give me a shout. See pic below. Thanks

The jet needle goes through that part. It mounts up in the hole where the emulsion tube screws in, and then the main jet screws onto the emulsion tube. It sticks up in the carb throat, if you open the throttle, you can see it sticking up in the center, below the needle. the smaller side goes up, and it will only fit in one way. That part holds the jet needle centered. It would run without it, but would run extremely rich, and real crappy. Good thing you found it, and didnt loose it and never even noticed. It could have been a real headache. --- Jon
