in my state which is the big apple state Washington they go for about 1000 in real good shape and kinda trickel down from there im sure its different state to state... another good way to get an average is by going into craigs list and looking within your area and a maybe the surrounding states! You will be able to point out the over priced ones im sure good luck!

I usually see nice ones listed between 800 and 1200 in BC and Washington State area, Seattle craigslist has a couple of nice ones listed right now :) Every now and then one pops up for 500 bucks but they go within a few days :)
