Trike circus 2013 at Bundy Hill Mi.

Time to get the word out for Trike Circus 2013! The date is set for June 1st! Everything went smooth last year so I don't plan on changing anything unless any of you have suggestions. I'm gonna try and get T shirts this year and have them for sale. We will have a nice pot luck lunch and ask for everyone to pitch in for the feast. We will have the hill climb and drag races and will be adding a ladies drag class! Lets hear some comments and suggestions! Let the planning begin.....

Thanks for reminding me tapper! I started a new thread for that day, but I will tell you all here also. Bundy hill has a day set for March 9th, one week before they open for the season to have a work party to get the park ready for their opening. I have volunteered myself and told them I would invite you all along to help them out. Attendance this day is by all means NOT mandatory but goes along way in our relationship with Bundy Hill. Remember Bundy Hill hosts our Trike Circus event and even cuts us a healthy discount for that day! Thanks in advance Rich!

Thanks for the headsup Rich. I've got June 1 on the calendar, as well as the cleanup day on March 9. Can you post in the other thread what they will need help with on cleanup day? In other words, should we be ready to pick up trash, move dirt around, clear trails, etc. That will help us show up prepared.

Hey guys and gals! Time to start planning on who is bringing what to pull this event off! I have got the event trophies covered and I will bring the ketchup, mustard, mayo, salt and pepper!! What are you gonna bring to the party? Oh yea don't forget to bring something for the raffle table!!!

Also I talked to Debbie and Mike the owners of Bundy Hill and even though they have raised their rates to $20 this year if you tell them when you are checking in that you are there for our event it will only cost $10!!!! Also as a donation to the raffle they have offered a 5 punch free pass to the park! Be sure to thank them for their generosity when you check in!

No registration or ORV required. Bundy Hill requires the use of a flag which they also have for sale. Helmet, eye protection is also required.

I just washed the Bigred from the "expedition" clean up the trail ride @ Bundy Hill (got duped into washing Liways 4 wheeler as well,, as usual ),,, eyed the Polaris trike and decide to put a battery charger on it,,, if it starts and and acts sober enough I most likely will bring it this year.

Gonna get the drag light out this week end Test run~ put it away working so not expecting anything weird there) out for any impromptu drag racing that MAY occur :)

Due to 3 non-productive artists I cannot provide tshirts for this event. However, I do have tshirts available as well as some framed pictures, and trike parts. I encourage everyone to bring along something to swap or sell, it makes for great conversation. Last year I brought a tecate and we tore it down and divided it 3 ways. +3 sounds good but I can't really afford a custom swing arm-just looking for an affordable stock one. Tapper-ive got a hybrid it's an 85 engine with an 86 frame. I think I can use either year at this point. I'll definitely be in for tickets!

First ride for us this year and it was a blast, Weather was perfect, Thanks Rich for hosting another great event. I also have to thank Howdy and Dennis (Purple Haze) who swapped out my trailer tire in the parking lot when I had a flat. And a big thanks from me to Jason Hall who let me ride one of his R's when our Z-400 lost all electrical power. An thanks to Kintore for coming with, glad you could make it.

PS Rich, I'll get something to you at Rose City for the oil block off kit, I was a little distracted with the tire thing and forgot yesterday afternoon.

I am sure you are swamped with all those hill climbers wanting a picture or two of them cresting the hill. I wish I had signed up for the climbs simply to get one HECK of a action shot (even thought there might not have been any air under me riding a P-3 LOL :) )

I took a copy of the group photo up to Bundy Hill and presented to the owner mike. We are now talking about expanding our 1 day event into a weekend thing. Bundy Hill has a rustic camping area so it could be very fun!
Also, I found out that the founder of this event, Sam Brehm has no headstone for his grave. I would like to change this somehow.
