Hi, second hand/used parts in UK are like cash hard to come by but there is all kinds on offer on ebay but not necessarily for Zs. I have read that banshee rear master cylinder will fit on a Z but will a banshee rear master cylinder repair kit fit original cylinder?
, I have read lots of info about ktm fork conversion which I have some parts for but have seen a lot of conflicting stuff, is it best to go with 250R hub? Will this fit to Z rim? Also will banshee rear axle carrier lock nuts fit Z axle?
Thanks in advance.

yes the banshee rebuild for the master will work... and or a banshee master.. but the the fork arm is shorter on a tri z.. you need to use the fork off the tri z

Ktm is forks are nice... but theres way better out there... yea a 250r rim will work but you have too shim the rotor... or run a complete 250r front end..

Banshee lock nuts will work but only one will fit ,, you can not double them up there too thick... oem is the best.. rad lock are nice but you have to check em every ride!

Thanks for that will get to claening them up and new parts ordered. It is going to take a bit of cash, what seemed like a bargain (£120) trike is going to swallow some cash though I have not seen anything like the trikes on here in the UK a decent one fetches around £1500.
Anything from the 250R would have to come from US. What is a better fork for conversion? I am getting confused with this now. Does the guy who builds yokes/tripples for this conversion still make them? I can have some machined up in Leicster UK for £300 usually £250 for a bike less material I suppose, may be more cost effective to have them shipped?
Thanks.

I have some rear end parts if you don't mind paying the shipping costs from the usa. Parts are from a 85 tri-z. I don't know a lot about the interchangeable parts for the tri-z, but if you can get a bolt on replacement from a newer machine, it would save a lot of head ache later when/if it goes bad again. Just remember what it is from :D.

you could use any forks you want .. and have the tripples made for them ,,, seen guys use full size KTM forks, full size Honda forks, smaller ktm85, its all what you want to commit too use..
