Ordering Carb Kits

I need a new clip (the thing that holds the needle), and a new jet holder (the thing that the jet screws into) for my 200e, and I was wondering if those parts came in a carb kit, or if I will have to order them seperate.
The kit says it is for ATC 185/200 1980-1986. Will This fit my 83 Red?

When I got a Kit for my 200X i got the clip and the jet, but the jet holder did not come with it.

The moose kits DO NOT have the jet holder.

Thanks for the info, I'm gonna be picking up my kit on tuesday, I'll see if it comes with the holder then.
