I've been putting pencil eraser sized 'neodymium' magnets
on all my drain plugs to catch metals.
It's only 3 point three ounces so easy and cheap to change that oil.

Just remember to not over-tighten the rear-end filler cap on the diff.
I snugged mine up a bit too much and it cracked. Never understood these Honda caps...same ones used for the valve inspection covers on the dirtbikes of the same vintage. VERY flimsy...and tend to fail.
Have considered having a new cap machined out of aluminum...something beefier.
Anyone out there know where to get a stronger cap (if one exists)?
