I have a 1985 ATC 110 and need a rear light fixture and lens to complete a restoration. There is an ATC 185 rear light fixture and bracket for sale on EBay. The bracket fastens to the grab bar with two, vertically-oriented bolts and the lamp fixture is mounted within the sheet-metal bracket.

Similarly, the 1983 - 1985 ATC 110 rear lamp fixture attaches directly to the grab bar with two vertically-oriented bolts. I can measure my ATC 110 grab bar bolt hole spacing but I don't know if the center-to-center bolt hole spacing on the ATC 185 rear light bracket is the same as the center-to-center bolt hole spacing for the ATC 110 light fixture.

I like the look of the ATC 185 tail light/bracket. Would someone help me determine if the ATC 185 tail light bracket will mount to the ATC 110 grab bar?

I will measure one I have in the morning. Not really worth putting on a restoration project. But I do have one off an 185.

Thanks very much. I've been working on this 1985 ATC 110 since Christmas. It's more of a rehabilitation than a restoration as my priority is to restore its operating functions fully. I'm less concerned with cosmetic appearance.

So far I've replaced a bent front fork, retrofitted a front brake, replaced parking brake hand-lever/cable, installed headlight assembly, replaced pull-starter, air cleaner element, carburetor rebuild, replaced carb air intake tube, new rear fenders/mud guards, grab rail, new R. tire/tube/rear wheel/hub asm. and welded on a new spark arrestor.

Yesterday I spent an inordinate amount of time removing the chain case cover then removed 27 years of accumulated spooge from the chain case before forming (insert hammer symbol here) the case back into its original shape and installing a replacement perimeter gasket seal (split a long fuel hose lengthwise and fitted it onto the edge of the chain case cover!

I've spent over $800 and 100 man-hours to build a $400 machine

For my next modification, I intend to take the old rear fenders and cut away its seat mount area, the trunk area and the round plastic bosses. This will be sandwiched beneath the existing rear fenders to form a double-layer fender above the rear tires for added strength/support. I would like to find a suitable adhesive for use in bonding my double-thickness rear fenders together.

Sorry, didn't get that done today. Will get right on that for you.

The 185 bracket and grab bar I have measure 8 1/4 spacing on the vertical bolts. Sure its metric but just measuring with dial calipers. I have the grab bar, and light bracket w/ light if you want to go that route. $10 + shipping? Like I said, needs paint at least. Not good for show like it is.
