when i shift up into second gear and start giving it gas it wants to cut out, but if i choke it its fine i went through the carb and it helped some but dont know whats wrong, any body know

You still have a carb problem. Clogged yet or passage, mixture screw not set right, etc.

I had this problem on my 200ES, fought it for weeks tearing the carb down and rebuilding it over and over... Finally gave up and bought a new replacement carb off ebay and tossed that on, problem solved...
