newb with broken 125m rh engine case

Hi, yall Ièm a newbie with my first 1984 125 that has a broken boss in the rh engine case for the arm with the roller. I was wondering if 90 cases or 110 are the same. Thanks

110 and 125 share same cases from 82-85 the older 90 and 110 cases are slightly different on inside

A good weld shop might be able to weld the tab back on. If it cost you $50 it will still be cheaper and faster than replacing the case. ;)

If you need a case I should have one at the shop. Just let me know and I will double check on it.

Let me guess... Shift drum stopper???

So friggin common. If you can find the part that snapped off a good welding shop can fix it. I had one welded a few years back, still working fine.

I found the one case I have off was broken. I have to look to see if I have another motor on the shelf.
