might make a decent Parts Bike, I would Maybe Offer $100-$200, Depending on How it Looks in person and what parts would cost. he says got chain, seat cover and rear rims, it would still need Tires (Assume $50-100 Each, so $150-$300 For all 3), Top End inspection and possible engine work (expect to pay $250+ To bring it in Someplace unless you can do it yourself then maybe around $50 for parts, Maybe Get quotes to Do top End work from some local shops and when you go see him and negotiate the price, show him the quotes for the cost of the top end work), Recoil Starter ($25+ I Guess?), Front Fender (Maier Front Fender for 83 185s or 84-86 200s is $81.29 on their website: http://www.maier-mfg.com/catalog/honda-atc185s-200s-front-fender), Unknown Brake Condition (Assume $20-100+ For Brakes and Brake Parts), surface Rust Outside of Gas Tank, questionable inside (Add Whatever a Gas Tank would Cost?). Plus god Only Knows What Else When you go look at it.
