Hey everyone,
My 200x originally didn't smoke. but recently when i get on the throttle good its starting to smoke. Any ideas? Besides rings being worn out what else can cause a engine to smoke. Thanks fellas

What color is the smoke? Blue or Black?

Valve seals can cause it to smoke. Possible starting to blow by the piston or leak past the valves.

Tons of threads on this. Try using the search feature. Rings, bad valve seals and/or guides could all be a culprit.

Very likley your rings, or valves. If it still runs strong you might get away with valve seals only, but if power is down you likley need rings (maybe a bore as well) guides and maybe valves too. Unfortunatly there is no cheap easy way to fix a smoking engine UNLESS, you happen to have a crankcase vent that is plugged. May want to check into that first.
