Great week to be a 70 lover...

Thanks to my good friend and fellow board member Dirtface, I scored a couple of little guys this week. A CL poster was asking $100, so I offered a single shot .22 rifle for the complete, unmolested (but neglected) '83 on Monday. He accepted. Seems it developed an electrical problem years ago and just sat in a garage... all the stuff that's usually bent or worn out is perfect. I believe it's actually pretty low hours, regardless of how it looks. Plastics are uncracked, a first for me.Then on Saturday, I got the '84 carcass for $50. I put the 2 together and I have a runner for $150, plus lots of spare parts!

he must be related to my father in law.. he don't even ride 3 wheelers and scored a in near mint condition 1987 90 for $75 running..
