This caught my eye and I cannot find it on Craigslist I can only find it on my Craigslist app, anyway if someone could find it and post it up here that would be awesome so everyone can see

It's in PA under poconos
I tried looking for it on the Craigslist website but there is no poconos area

I'll try but what's a cragslist app?

My web guy said he could write a program that would
notify us somehow when, say, the worlds "three wheeler" got posted.

Do you remember any of the actual key words?
like trike, three or 3 wheeler?

It very well could be a scam. I saw the same add listed on Syracuse, NY C/L March 21st.

NOT uncommon to hear a GREAT deal,
Mustang, Camaro, anything too good to be true.

CASH only.
They'll see you driving slow down some dark street and ambush you.

Is Syracuse near Pocono?
If I use the search key on CL, I'll get nearby area listings.

I have no idea where Pocono is (sorry). If you go to NY craigslist, Syracuse is one of the citys that pops up. Syracuse is in Central New York.

It's now pretty known that Craigslist is becoming a very fishy place to do business. After I sold a bunch of things on CL, I swore I would never do it again. So many shady people who are wackos. I would always have my neighbors come over bc most people only wanted to come at night.

With that said, I posted a 3 wheeler wanted ad, and I've had a ton of people calling me. Most of them have told me they don't want to list anything on CL due to all the shady people and spam. I don't blame them.

A guy called me this morning saying he just posted an ATC 110 on CL for $200. A few hours later, the ad was removed. I called him tonight, and he said he got over 50 calls within the first hour! He sold it, but he said he'll never do it again.

I know what you mean, and people get so annoying. I was selling this pit bike and a guy said if I could hold it a couple days and then he was going to get paid, so I said sure because I just wanted to get ride of it, so the couple days go by and I was gonna meet him about 40 mins away. So I just got the pit bike loaded on my trailer all ready to go because it as supposed to meet him in a couple mins, then he called me and said " I'm having a hard time getting a truck to come pick it up", and them he said can you please hold it do me for a couple more days and I will have everything, so the same thing happens again, and after two weeks of holding it I finally got ride of it, so now if I sell anything else I will just hold it from the time it would take then to get here, other then that I'm not gonna hold it. And your right there a lot of weird people selling things is PA

There are a lot of whackos targeting the 3 wheeler market. You have to be VERY careful out there. Pretty sure anyone with those bikes would know a 86 X from a 7.

This is my take on Craigslist and 3 wheelers.
9 out of 10 sellers know what they are selling and have looked the prices up on eBay. ( The other 1 is lying ). If you can get on craigslist to post you can look up eBay, it's that simple, don't kid yourself. If it's on craigslist there is a slight chance they do not have a sellers account with ebay. But more than likely they sell on ebay also. They know the trike they are selling on craigslist would never cut it on ebay and thier reputation as a seller would be ruined and they would have to deal with a paypal problem. So the trike would NEVER sell on eBay or it would be so " cheap" because all the flaws would have to be exposed. So off to craigslist it goes, where it's buyer beware and sellers play stupid to get the most money for it.
Once in awhile you will find a fire sale on Craigslist but they are few and far between. There are some true beauties on Craigslist but the sellers are all hip to the prices and you may only strike a deal at a price that is fair to both.

I'll tell ya mine.....the last thing I sold was an Xbox 360 to this dude. Anyway, after texting, and agreeing to a price of $150, I met him at the local supermarket. He pulls up in a chromed out, heavy tinted older Cadillac. He gets out, and I'm like, oh sh*t. He pulls out $100 and says that's all he has. So I was like, We agreed on $150, plus I have other guys who will pay me that much. So, he smacks the trunk, and his two buddies get out. Now I'm really nervous! The one guy says he only has $20. The other guy opens the trunk and they all start digging around in there. They end up pulling out another $5. So after being surrounded by 3 guys, I said $125 is fine. Just take it.

Honestly, I was scared, and I was waiting for one of them to either pull out a gun or a bat from the trunk. All this for a freakin Xbox.

For you locals, they were from Reading. Enough said.
