anyone have a hand me down 250es with cut-out fenders that cause you chronic wet legs?
i do. i once hung some cut up truck mud flaps from the little stubs i have left of fenders, worked pretty well for a minute but they are in a precarious position and prone to catching and tearing
so here is my position, i know some of you have solutions to this like mine that doesnt involve spending up to 200 on a maier set of new fenders
lay it on me and heres my trike

fiberglass is my favorite fix. but with yours being almost completely gone that will be too time consuming. could try some sheet metal but if you ever get in a bad situation it can hurt you. safest option is probably meier. I know it sounds like a lot of $ to spend but they are worth it. they make a good product.

Just buy a set of meiers. Ive taken my old fenders and drilled and riveted old license plates behind them and it holds up for a little while, but the plastic gets old and they will keep breaking. But with the amount of fender you have left that might not be an option.
