Dunefest 2013!

Anyone heading out to dunfest this year? Im going to be joing ny buddys and there quads out to winchester bay for the festival, anyway just curious if any other fellow trikers will be there this year?

sweet thank u for posting that link! Have you been out there before, if so do you think paddles is a must out there? My friend has a set of 18x9.5-8 paddles that i can have but after looking at some you tube videos of those dunes the sand looks deep i dont know if ill be able to get around well enough with either my knobbies or paddles...

This will be my 3rd year for Dunefest.

You can get around without paddles, especially if you're just going to be in the dunefest area. If you're wanting to get away from the crowds and do some actual riding, I would recommend paddles. If all you have is the 18's to use, give them a try. They will lower your top speed but will give you a little more grunt over 20's. If it's possible, bring both and see what you like better.
